📦 Handmade or personalized items may require extra processing time (3–7 business days).

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged:

2. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged packaging or items

We will help you file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund when applicable.

7. Address Errors

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
