1. Returns


You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


Certain products such as personalized items, handmade crafts, and sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

 


3. Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@everytimegift.com with photos of the issue.

 


4. Non-Refundable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:

  • Gift cards

  • Final-sale or clearance items

  • Customized or engraved products

  • Opened personal care items (e.g., candles, soaps, perfumes)

 


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or wrong item — we’ll make it right as quickly as possible with a replacement or full refund.

 


6. Shipping Costs

 

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
